During our first appointment, you’ll have the chance to explain what you’d like support with, share your health history, discuss your goals, and raise any concerns.
I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms and current nutritional status, and we’ll discuss appropriate next steps. I’ll share evidence-based information as we talk, and there will be plenty of time for your questions.
It can be helpful to bring any recent blood test results along to the appointment.
After the appointment, I’ll email you a summary of our discussion, helpful resources, and a recommended plan of action.
With your permission, and where relevant, I'll also update your GP or specialist to help ensure you receive the best possible care.
